These terms cover text messages ("SMS") sent by #1 Right Care Home Care Services Inc. (2689405 Alberta Inc., "#1 Right Care", "we", "us") from our business number, 587.443.1888.
Program description
With your consent, we send work-related text notifications to our team members and, where requested, client contacts: shift reminders, schedule changes, and open-shift offers. This is an internal notification service — we do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Consent and opt-in
You opt in by telling your care coordinator you'd like text updates or by turning on text notifications in your #1 Right Care portal settings. Consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving care services. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your schedule — typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving texts from us.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@1rightcare.ca or 587.443.1888.
- You can also ask your coordinator to turn texts off for you at any time.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device.
